NAMB’s Week of Prayer for North American missionaries is March 4-11. The theme this year is “Here and Now”. The Week of Prayer is annually observed by SBC churches to specifically pray for missionaries on the field, the needs of their ministries and the needs of their families. Prayer is the fuel enabling God to spiritually and emotionally sustain missionaries in places where the gospel is greatly needed, but often opposed.
For North American missionaries “here and now” is the field that God has called them to and where He has gone in advance to prepare the way. Each missionary you will pray for during this week of prayer has a unique call to a unique place. They daily experience the joy and the challenges of trying to plant truth into hearts that need to be transformed.
You can find a prayer guide at any Sanctuary entrance on Sunday, March 4th or online at anniearmstrong.com.
For you, “here and now” is the neighborhood, job, school, small town, or large city where He has called you. Your call is also unique. Are you seeing the needs with a willingness to love in truth and action?
