Students

Foundation Student Ministry exists to promote the mission of FBCOWB by partnering with parents and equipping students (grades 6-12) to reach students with the gospel and see them become mature and multiplying followers of Jesus – now and into the future.

Sunday

Seasonal Groups Off-Site Sunday School weekly at 9:15

Utilizing the Bible Studies for Life curriculum, Sunday School provides students an arena to dive into God’s Word while providing applications to navigate this world. We do this through large group settings as well as more intimate small group settings, divided by age/gender. Our leaders serve as a mentorship and advocate for each student.

Wednesday Night Youth at 6pm

Wednesday nights provide the perfect on-ramp for guests and friends. We may do a rec activity in the gym or ice breaker in the youth room. Sometimes we have a special time of worship. An applicable and engaging lesson is always taught with topics including but not limited to: How to study the Bible, What is the Gospel and how to share it, Doubt, Navigating through tough cultural issues, or a book study.

Where?

Youth activities meet in the youth area located in the basement.

Activities

We have a very active and engaged youth ministry. Beyond our weekly meetings, we fellowship through other events. Big events include summer camp (Crossings @ Jonathan Creek), conferences (Xtreme Winter in Gatlinburg), Disciple Now Weekend, and mission trips. Smaller events include7 Christian concerts, trampoline parks, bowling nights, eat-outs, lock-ins, service projects, and more!
